Ingredients:
5 lbs pork butt (coarse ground) |
1/3 tablespoon salt |
1/3 tablespoon coriander, ground |
1/4 tablespoon black pepper, coarse ground |
5 cloves garlic, pressed |
2 tablespoons paprika |
1 cup water, cold |
Directions:
1. Add 2 tsp crushed red peppers for HOT sausage. 2. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties. |
