Made with Bob EvansĀ® sausage, this is a satisfying but quick stew. Ingredients:
1 pound bob evansĀ® italian sausage roll |
2 (14.5 ounce) cans italian-style diced tomatoes |
2 (14.5 ounce) cans beef broth |
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen italian blend vegetables |
shredded parmesan cheese to taste |
Directions:
1. In a Dutch oven, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until browned; drain. Add tomatoes, beef broth, beans, frozen vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. |
