Italian Sausage spaghetti |

This is a great spaghetti variation. Its easy to work with too! You can use any kind of sausage and spices that you like! My boyfriend almost ate the whole thing! Ingredients:
2 lbs hot italian sausage |
1/4 cup vinegar |
4 cups water |
1 (1 ounce) can diced tomato |
1 (1 ounce) can tomato sauce |
3/4 cup water |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 cloves garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Place sausages in frying pan, adding vinegar and water to cover. 2. Boil until 3/4 reduced. 3. Drain. 4. Brown sausages in pan. 5. Remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces. 6. Combine all other ingredients in pan and simmer for an hour or more. |
