These are easy to do. My husband loves stuffed mushrooms. Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage |
24 med fresh mushrooms |
2 pkgs cream cheese softened |
4 t fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. In a skillet brown the sausage until not pink. 2. Remove and discard mushroom stems. 3. Place on a microwave safe plate 4. Microwave for 2 minutes uncovered, drain 5. In small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients 6. Spoon into caps. 7. Cover and microwave at 70% for 5-7 minutes or unitl heated through, drain. 8. Let stand 5 minutes sprinkle with parsley. |
