Italian Sausage and Potatoes |

This is an easy and delicious oven-baked dinner from the Old Mission San Juan Capistrano cookbook. Ingredients:
4 potatoes, quartered length-wise |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
6 italian sausages |
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes. 2. Quarter potatoes length-wise. 3. Arrange in 9x13 baking pan. 4. Sprinkle with next five ingredients. 5. Lay the sausages across the top of the baking pan. 6. Bake at 450 for 1/2 hour. 7. Turn sausage and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour longer. |
