Ingredients:
1 yellow bell pepper cut into strips |
1 green bell pepper cut into strips |
1/2 sweet onion sliced |
3/4 pound(s) red potatoes cut in quarters |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt |
1 pound(s) italian sausage cut in chunks |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. Line a large baking sheet with foil and mist with cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, toss peppers, onion, and potatoes with olive oil, oregano, garlic salt and pepper (to taste). spread vegetables on baking sheet. 3. Distribute sausage chunks among vegetable. roast until vegetables begin to caramelize and sausage is cooked through, about 30 min, stirring once or twice during baking. |
