I found this buried in my recipe collection. I have never made it but I will. Sounds like an interesting flavor combination. Ingredients:
6 -8 lean hot italian sausages |
1 cabbage, cut into 8 wedges |
2 cups water |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place sausages in the bottom of a Dutch oven or casserole with a cover. 3. Place cabbage over sausage and add water. 4. Dot cabbage with butter, cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
