A different approach to the same old Mexican Salsa. Serve with Pita Chips or Lavosh Crackers. Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style crushed tomatoes |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup zucchini, grated |
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine |
1 garlic clove, minced fine |
2 tablespoons black olives, chopped |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Comebine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. 2. Chill at least 30 minutes and serve. |
