This is a recipe that was given to my family from a fellow church member. We use it on a bed of romaine (or green lettuce), broccoli slaw, and spinach. Add a sliced, grilled chicken breast and garlic toast, and you have an excellent meal! Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, pressed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Blend together. 2. Chill. 3. Serve over salad. |
