from (makers of robusto cheese) Ingredients:
1 submarine roll, sliced lengthwise |
genoa salami, 4 thin slices |
prosciutto, 2 slices, shaved |
ham, 2 thin slices |
robusto cheese, 1 slice |
romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce, 2 leaves |
3 tomatoes, slices |
1 teaspoon chopped hot italian pepper |
oregano, to taste |
1/4 ounce italian vinaigrette |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Arrange meats and cheese on one side of roll, tomatoes and lettuce on the other. 2. Sprinkle peppers and dressing over the lettuce, season with salt, pepper and oregano. 3. Press roll together and enjoy! |
