Italian Roasted Baby Yukon Golds |

These are a great addition to any meal. Ingredients:
10 baby yukon gold potatoes, washed and diced into 1 inch pieces |
6 cloves garlic, sliced in half |
1 tbls. italian seasoning, i use good seasons dry dressing mix but any is fine. |
2 tbls. olive oil |
2 tbls. melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. In mixing bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter and Italian seasoning 3. Add potatoes and garlic 4. Mix to coat 5. Pour out onto baking sheet 6. Bake 35-45 minutes, occasionally stirring potatoes |
