Boiled potatoes then fried, so yummy! Oh with a touch of italian dressing Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes |
2 tablespoon light italian dressing |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cubed the red potatoes, leave skin on. 2. Boil the red potatoes till fork tender 3. Drain potatoes, and place in bowl, pour italian dressing over, and mix well. 4. Heat oil in skillet. Place potatoes in skillet and cook till lightly brown. Serve warm. |
