5 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced 1 inch thick |
1/2 cup italian salad dressing |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
1/2 teaspoon parsley (optional) |
Directions:
1. Arrange potatoes in 2-quart casserole. 2. Add salad dressing and butter. 3. Sprinkle with seasonings and parsley. 4. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
