This is a super easy and light tasting salad for a hot summer night or picnic. Ingredients:
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled |
4 cups cooked potatoes, cubed |
1/2 cup low-fat italian salad dressing |
4 -6 green onions, diced |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and toss lightly in salad bowl. 2. Cool to room temperature, cover and refrigerate. |
