This fabulous appetizer is a delectable combination of the warm earthy tones of the mushrooms, the tang of the feta, and the zestiness of the breadcrumbs. You will love it! Ingredients:
4 portabella mushrooms |
1 cup crumbled feta cheese |
4 tablespoons italian breadcrumbs |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Place cleaned portabellos upsidedown in well-oiled 9x13 casserole dish. 3. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup feta each. 4. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs each. 5. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is slightly melted. 6. Broil till golden brown. |
