Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork |
1/2 cup shredded italian cheese blend |
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped |
1/4 onion, finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 bay leaf |
1/2 tablespoon ground fennel |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons water |
oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Form into patties then fry in hot oil. |
