I always wanted to try a pork loin, but never really knew how to fix it. My friend's mom gave me this recipe. It was delicious. Ingredients:
4 lbs pork loin |
12 ounces italian dressing |
salt |
pepper |
meat tenderizer |
Directions:
1. Place pork in 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper and meat tenderizer on top. Pour Italian dressing all over pork and let the rest stay in the bottom of pan. 2. Cook about 1 hour (depending on size of pork). |
