Weight Watcher Core recipe Ingredients:
12 oz perch |
1 tsp olive oil |
1 tsp oregano |
4 oz diced tomato |
2 tbsp garlic, minced |
1/4 cup onion |
6 black olives, sliced |
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic and saute one minute. Add oregano and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minute. Put sauce and fish in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. |
