Found this on the back of a package of Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese. I love making pasta casseroles and this sounds good. It also sounds quick and easy which is a big plus on busy week nights! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
4 cups mostaccioli pasta, cooked, drained |
1 (30 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (30 oz jar) |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in a large skillet; drain. 2. Stir in pasta, spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese. 3. Spoon into 13 X 9 baking dish. 4. Top with mozzarella cheese and the remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
