Vegetable Beef Soup Great for a quick lunch. I use my pre-cooked frozen ground beef. Ingredients:
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package knorr vegetable soup mix |
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste |
1/2 lb cooked ground beef |
8 ounces farfalle pasta |
4 cups water |
2 cups beef stock, swanson's |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine above ingredients in a large saucepan. 2. Bring to a rolling boil for approximately 3 minutes. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minute. 4. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. |
