Low Calorie Breakfast Omelet Ingredients:
1 tsp. olive oil |
1 tbsp. tomato, diced |
2 mushrooms, sliced |
3 olives, sliced |
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese |
1 egg |
1 tbsp. 2% milk |
Directions:
1. Warm the olive oil in a small skillet. Add the mushroom slices and saute until soft. Add the tomato and olive and saute 1 minute. Beat the egg and milk together for 1 minute. Add the egg mixture to the vegetables in the skillet and cook on medium heat. While the egg mixture is cooking sprinkle the cheese over the egg mixture. When the egg is set, fold over half and remove from pan. Serve warm. |
