A good flavored potato dish! 4 WW points per serving. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 garlic clove |
3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/8 teaspoon table salt |
1 lb new potato, uncooked |
2 ounces low-fat parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix oil, Italian seasoning and salt with wire wisk until well blended. 2. Pour over potatoes in large bowl. 3. Add grated cheese; mix lightly. 4. Place in 15x10x1 inch baking pan. 5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes; Stir after 20 minutes. |
