A different take on Nachos Ingredients:
1 pound bulk italian sausage |
1 (7 1/2 ounce) bag tortilla chips |
1 (2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni |
1/2 pound shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup banana peppers, drained |
pizza sauce for dipping |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler 2. Cook sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink; drain 3. Arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet 4. Top with sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, and banana peppers 5. Place under preheated broiler and cook until the cheese is melted, about 5 to 8 minutes 6. Use Pizza sauce for dipping |
