Just using what I had in the kitchen. Ingredients:
16 ounces mezzetta's italian mix giardiniera, drained |
14 ounces artichoke hearts, quartered (i used reeses) |
2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced |
Directions:
1. Chop large pieces of giardiniera if needed. Combine all ingredients and chill until ready for use. 2. Chill time is cook time. |
