I combined two recipies to create this one. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
1 egg, beaten |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 (2 ounce) package meatloaf seasoning mix |
Directions:
1. preheat oven, in large bowl mix together beef, 1/3 cup of sauce, egg, seasoning and 1/2 cup of cheese. Spread out into a 9x11 pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese down the middle of the meat then roll it up and turn it, shape into a loaf. Bake uncovered for 45 minute Pour the rest of the sauce on top and bake another 15 minute Let stand 5 min before serving. |
