Yummy, I'm not even Italian! Simple and can roast veggies with it! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, divided |
1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat ground round |
1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
1 small diced onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix half of spaghetti sauce, hamburger, Italian bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. 2. Shape or put in a 13X9 lightly greased pan. 3. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. 4. Topping: mix rest of spaghetti sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. 5. After initial 25 minutes, pour topping on top of loaf. 6. Bake another 25 minutes. |
