Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy. Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground beef |
1 egg |
1/4 cup tomato sauce |
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 1/2 ounces salami |
3 ounces mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix first 9 ingredients. Spread on foil. 2. Put salami and mozzarella on top. Roll up, and pinch ends to seal. 3. Bake. |
