2 cups fresh breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup milk |
1 small shallot |
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves |
1 lb ground beef |
1 lb ground pork |
2 large eggs |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
salt |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Prepare the meat balls. Place breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Add milk to moisten set aside. 2. Combine shallot and parsley in a food processor. Pulse mixture in finely chopped add breadcrumbs, along with beef, pork eggs, garlic power, and cheese season with salt + pepper using your hands mix well until well combine light coat hand with olive oil roll meat mixture into 1 -inch ball. 3. Cook meat balls in tomato sauce for 15 minutes. |
