Ingredients:
1 pound(s) lean ground beef
1/2 cup(s) italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup(s) water
1/3 cup(s) parmesan cheese shredded
1/4 cup(s) onion finely grated
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix 1 lb lean ground beef, 1//2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, 1/4 cup finely grated onion, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Form into 12 meatballs. Cook in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat for 15 minutes, turning frequently until lightly browned on the outside and cooked through.
3. Freeze in and airtight container for up to 3 months.
