Tasty Italian style meatballs to serve over spaghetti with your favourite sauce. Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef |
1 cups bread crumbs |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
2 tsp oregano |
1 tsp garlic salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Brown meatballs in fry pan. Drain any fat. You may also place meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until nicely browned. 3. Serve meatballs and with your favourite sauce over cooked spaghetti. |
