found this recipe in food section of local newspaper from Associated Press. It is fast and quite tasty. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package frozen fully cooked italian-seasoned meatballs |
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables |
1 (14 ounce) can ready-to-serve beef broth |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style diced tomatoes |
1 cup water |
1/3 cup uncooked ditalini |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; simmer 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender. 4. Serve with Shredded parmesan cheese if desired. |
