Meatball are made with love and so are these hamburgers that are out of this world!! add a little sauce and you loved ones will be coming back for more. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 red onion |
1 garlic clove |
1 egg |
3 cups italian style breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup ragu tomato sauce |
24 ounces ragu tomato sauce |
6 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Combine beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, 1 cup of sauce OR ketchup and thourougly blend them all together. 2. make patties. 3. heat up the sauce. 4. fry the patties in the pan or try broiling them for a different texture. 5. toast the buns. 6. put the patty on the bun. 7. pour on some sauce and serve with your favorite side dish. |
