Rice salad with veggies Ingredients:
2 cups white rice, cooked |
1/2 lb cooked ham, finely diced |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
4 ounces pepperoni, sliced |
1/2 medium onion, sliced |
1/2 cup italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Combine salad ingredients, drizzle with dressing. 2. Chill 2 hours before serving. |
