Well balanced chicken breast, coated in italian spices and covered in roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts. Be generous with the seasoning. Ingredients:
4 oz chicken breast |
1 tbsp italian herb |
1 tsp crushed red pepper |
2 roasted red peppers, marinated |
1 serving artichoke hearts, marinated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350. 2. Coat both sides of the chicken breast with Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. 3. Lay chicken breast in aluminum foil that has been sprinkled with olive oil. 4. Cover the chicken with 1-2 artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers (I used jarred peppers that were marinated). 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. |
