This was a favorite at the Italian Inn in Tulsa, OK. The restaurant closed after 45 years.

Ingredients:

1/2 ounce kahlua

1/2 ounce amaretto

6 ounces coffee, chilled

2 scoops chocolate ice cream

whipped cream and chocolate shavings, for garnish

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender.
2. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish.
