This is a great recipe for Stromboli. I really enjoy eating this on weekends with a batch of hot chicken wings. I am sure you and your family will enjoy this delicious stromboli. Note: If you like it really spicy you can use more capicola ham and you may add hot peppers if you want. Also, you may use more or less lunch meat, depending on what you like.
Ingredients:
1 (12 inch) flour bread dough
1/4 lb capicola ham
1/4 lb cooked ham
1/4 lb pepperoni
1/4 lb provolone cheese
12 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
bell pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried oregano
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Roll out the dough into an oval/rectangular shape.
3. Layer on the hams, pepperoni and cheeses until full.
4. Fold the dough over and cut off excess pieces and the pinch closed, you may need a bit of water to close tightly.
5. Brush olive oil all over top and sprinkle oregano.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minuted or until browned and cooked throughout.
7. Slice and serve.
