Simple bread recipe, from before bread machines. A no-knead recipe. Ingredients:
1 package dry yeast |
1 cup warm water |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 package good seasons italian salad dressing mix |
2 1/4 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in water. 2. Add remaining ingredients, flour last. 3. Dough will be sticky. 4. Let rise 1/2 hour. 5. Turn dough into greased 2 quart casserole and let rise another 1/2 hour. 6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 min. |
