This is a 1.5 pound bread machine loaf that takes about 3 hours. Ingredients:
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 3/4 teaspoons salt |
3 cups bread flour |
1 tablespoon dry milk |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast. |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons italian herb seasoning (the kind with only herbs.) |
Directions:
1. All ingredients except for the egg and Herbs into your bread machine in the order in which the manufacturer directs. 2. Put the egg into the mix so that it does not touch the yeast. Sprinkle the herbs on top of the mixture. 3. Put the container into the bread machine and set it to bake a regular loaf of white bread. This should be about 3 hours total time. |
