Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 small white onion, chopped |
3 (10-ounce) packages frozen italian-style green beans, thawed |
1 cup vegetable stock |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter with oil in large skillet over medium heat; add onion, and sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Add green beans and remaining ingredients; cook 20 to 25 minutes or until beans are tender. |
