ITALIAN GREEN BEANS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Marcus Estate in Greenville, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
16 ounces frozen whole green beans |
1/2 cup cubed mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato |
1/3 cup italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan then add green beans and cook 2 minutes. 2. Drain well then stir in cheese, tomato and dressing then serve while hot. |
