1 lb green beans, cut into 2 inch lengths |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
6 leaves fresh basil, chopped |
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, softened and chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute beans in oil in a large skillet for 3 minutes. 2. Stir in bread crumbs, cheese, basil and sun dried tomatoes. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
