An Italian Garlic Vinaigrette for those salads eaten with pasta and sauces. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 minced garlic cloves |
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black coarse ground pepper |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. This is a small recipe for one large or two salads. 2. To make the vinaigrette, put the ingredients into a jar with tight lid and shake vigorously to emulsify the dressing. Pour onto salad, toss and serve. 3. Shake prior to each use. 4. Keep in refrigerator |
