Italian Fondue for Crock Pot |

Wonderful Italian fondue made easily in crockpot Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained |
8 ounces mozzarella cheese |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope spaghetti sauce mix |
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup dry red wine |
italian bread, cut in chunks |
Directions:
1. In crock pot combine beef, spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and cheeses. 2. Cook on low for 2 hours. 3. Turn switch to high. 4. Dissolve cornstarch in wine. 5. Add to crock pot and cook for additional 15 minutes on high. 6. Dip Italian bread chunks in fondue. |
