Found this recipe on a bag of fingerling potatoes, added my own touch to suit our tastes and have been making them ever since. You can switch up the herbs / seasonings easily. I've used a few different combinations and it's great every time. Read more . Quick, easy and tasty...just the way we like it! Ingredients:
1 small bag fingerling potatoes |
1/2 stick butter |
seasoned salt |
garlic pepper |
2 t italian seasoning |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes and place in stovetop pot 2. Cover with water, bring to boil 3. Boil gently 12-17 minutes, until fork tender 4. Drain potatoes in colander and return to pot 5. Add butter and seasonings 6. Stir til butter is melted and seasonigs are well distributed 7. Serve warm 8. ** I have also done this with these variations: (I keep the butter each time) 9. lemon/pepper/garlic/parsley 10. lemon/pepper/worcestershire/garlic 11. bbq rub 12.
