Family favorite Ingredients:
5 lbs monterey jack cheese, cut in small cubes |
2 lbs ricotta cheese |
3 -5 lbs ham, chopped |
1 italian sausage, baked and chopped |
16 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1 cup romano cheese |
9 raw eggs |
3/4 cup ham stock |
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingrediates together. Place filling in pie shell, Top with another crust. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
