A creamy concoction that can't decide if it's from Italy or the Islands.

Ingredients:

3/4 ounce italian brandy

3/4 ounce white rum

1/4 ounce amaretto liqueur

2 ounces pineapple juice

1/4 ounce coconut cream

3/4 ounce cream

Directions:

1. Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
