A creamy concoction that can't decide if it's from Italy or the Islands. Ingredients:
3/4 ounce italian brandy |
3/4 ounce white rum |
1/4 ounce amaretto liqueur |
2 ounces pineapple juice |
1/4 ounce coconut cream |
3/4 ounce cream |
Directions:
1. Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry, and serve. |
