Version #2 Ingredients:
8 eggs |
1 cup oil |
1 cup sugar substitute |
1 cup milk |
5 teaspoons vanilla |
1 teaspoon salt |
8 teaspoons baking powder |
6 cups whole wheat flour |
Directions:
1. Mix together all liquid ingredients with mixer and then add flour until you get a dough (similar to a bread dough but not as dry). 2. Cut dough in four pieces. 3. Cut a slice approximately 1/2 inch and roll out. You can either twist into a braid or a circle (what ever shape you wish). 4. Bake 325 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (until slightly brown). 5. Glaze (Optional) Confectionary Sugar, Milk and Vanilla (mix until you get a slightly stiff glaze and then apply to cookies). |
