This flourless chocolate cake is easy and fast to make also its so good to eat .... Ingredients:
100 g butter |
350 g italian chocolate |
3 tbsp cocoa pwd |
1 tbsp instant coffee pwd |
5 l eggs |
250 g caster sugar |
5 tbsp ground walnut or walnut meal |
1 tbsp cocoa icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Pre heat the oven at 180 deg C and grease a 20 cm pan .
2. Melt the butter and the chocolate .
3. Whisk in the cocoa and coffee pwd .

5. In a mixer beat the eggs and sugar until thick and pale .
6. Fold in the walnut meal .
7. Now fold in the chocolate mixture .
8. Bake for 40 mins .

10. Dust with the sugar .
11. Serve warm .
