Italian Chicken With Tomatoes and Mushrooms |

Boneless Chicken topped with tomatoes, mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Very simple to make. Ingredients:
olive oil |
4 boneless chicken breasts or 4 boneless chicken thighs |
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes (canned) |
7 ounces mushrooms (canned,drained) |
1 small chopped onion |
grated parmesan cheese (powder kind) |
italian seasoning |
garlic salt |
pepper |
shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute chicken in skillet with olive oil until browned on both sides, seasoning with garlic salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. 2. Top with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and grated parmesan cheese. 3. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 4. Top with shredded parmesan cheese and serve. |
