Italian Chicken and Fettuccine |

This is very easy and tasty. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (5 1/2 ounce) package shake-and-bake |
1 (8 ounce) box fettuccine |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper (optional) |
4 slices mozzarella cheese |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Coat chicken with SHAKE AND BAKE according to shake and bake directions. 2. About 10 minutes before chicken is done, place a slice of mozzerella cheese on top. 3. Bake until melted, about 10 more minutes. 4. 15 minutes before chicken is done, cook fettucini according to package directions. 5. Drain fettucini; add olive oil and butter. 6. Mix well. 7. Add remaining parmesan. 8. Mix and serve hot with chicken Add additional parmesean cheese. |
